How to change rfr node

Hi I have a Redis cluster that is managed with this operator. I have 3 instances of Redis and sentinel. because of using topolvm, the Redis is limited to the node that PVC resides. I need to move one of the Redis instances. I have a question: if I delete one of the PVC and Redis instances, will the new Redis be able to join the cluster and the cluster stays healthy? and data will sync automatically?
