No-favicon sites sometimes get random favicon

Steps to repro

1. Go to a website with no favicon.ico, i.e. https://dazzle-qtqprhyomm.now.sh (note that it has a favicon.png, just no ico)
2. Go to http://www.cnn.com
3. Tap URL bar and search for website with no favicon

Actual

In results list, no-favicon website displays the CNN favicon

Expected

No-favicon website gets the blue link icon
