Add UTF-8 Support

So a problem I have noticed with remote terminal is that you have the borders that are displayed as x,k,q, and l instead of the normal GUI display for Ubuntu as you can see here in the attached photo. screenshot 2

From what I understand you need to enable UTF-8 in your software to prevent that.
