Issue with readme

## Installing

1. Download the latest package from the [Releases][download] page on GitHub

To be fair I'm not even sure if this even works with the latest Steam update anymore. Last time I tried it (~6 months ago) it still loaded and hooked into Steam CEF, however it didn't really block any ads anymore. So I think it would be futile to make a binary release now.
