Support to include custom action in Resource: splunk_saved_searches

Is it possible to include support for custom action in splunk_saved_searches resource? i.e. support for action.<action_name> and action.<action_name>. as documented in https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/latest/RESTREF/RESTsearch#saved.2Fsearches

Is it possible to implement this? As it's really blocking from using terraform for creating alerts when we can only configure email or pagerduty.
