Please add support and the features for cluster management

Hi!

nice to see this grow! Just watched the meet the experts session.

Is it possible to add cluster management support and cluster role assignment for plain splunk installations? Considering this, it would be awesome to disable/enable port for e.g. disabling WebUI.
