SC4S: Add official support for AWS Fargate

Customer has standardized on AWS Fargate and is requesting official support for SC4S with AWS Fargate.

hia, we have an overarching principle to lean on native aws serverless services and in this case we are trying to leverage aws-ecs & aws-fargate.

Can you kindly confirm this is supported? I.e. deploy/run the sc4s containers (docker based) orchestrated by aws-ecs with fargate-launchtype please?

We dont support it now , we will update the community as soon as we will have the plan for it.
