Page "Using RUM on your Website" needs to be moved more to top of the section

I think all that needs to be done is removing the part about redeploying it and explaining what has been added for RUM.

Correction - it looks like APM was changed (sorry, I know this was mentioned in the release notes).

So instead we just need to fix the order of the pages I think. Move "Using RUM on your Website" towards the front.
