RUM Setup is failing after move to workshop

for setting up RUM Files are moved from the old location to reside under a workshop directory. however the build scripts do not take in account this change

** TEMP Work around** Download https://github.com/signalfx/observability-workshop/archive/refs/tags/v4.8.zip and expand that and run the RUM workshop form there.

Reworking RUM workshop to match closer to the regular workshop. This should adress this
