lookups template folder missing

lookups folder is missing from contentctl/output/templates/splunk_app/ directory what causes ContentPack to not generate lookup content properly:

$ ls -al ContentPack/lookups
-rw-r--r-- 1 content_dev content_dev 5082 Sep 18 13:17 ContentPack/lookups

(single file is being created instead of lookup definitions in lookups directory)
