• [x] Change index.php to convert.php because clarity
• [ ] Can we set mkdir to overwrite existing directories?
• [x] Change Coverimage: field name to something better like featureimage:
• [x] Extract references to inline images prior to stripping tags
• [ ] Use expanded <wp:post_date> or full <pubDate> rather than cleanified version (Local vs UTC?)
• [ ] Related to above, if <pubDate> is empty for some reason, substitute <wp:post_date> reformatted to match
• [ ] Add exporting fields for other namespaces to read me
• [ ] Set empty post titles to “Untitled” or “No title.”
• [ ] Export <wp:comment> data
• [ ] Export <link> and <guid> data as legacy URIs references
• [ ] Extract blogger_permalink data, similarly:

• [ ] Replace   with paragraph breaks
• [ ] Smarten quotes, convert entities
• [ ] Spaces around blockquotes, images, &c.
• [ ] Change inline image URIs to /assets/images/... or whatever is applicable
