Add a Google search interface to FAQ pages

A suggestion from Frank Gründel.

Another thing we should consider is putting a search function on the FAQ page. I did something similar with Google search for my site, and it was an easy, fast and painless process. All you need is a Google account.

I just created a search engine for NewtonFAQ using my own Google account. It should be sufficient if you put the following code somewhere near the top in the body section of http://newtonfaq.com/index.html:
