Multi-Upload showing failure but all images did upload

I am running Revo 2.2.4 and Gallery 1.5.2. Very simply, I am getting a red "Failure" flag on each image that I upload. However when I check the assets -> gallery folders, all of the images are there. Also thumbnails do show up in the backend tool. So really there is no problem, but the client will not like it when they see these error messages.

I looked at my php.ini settings and turned off the display_errors setting and now all seem well... I don't know if that solved it however.. could be coincidence.
