from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0 on 2.2.0-pl2

after upgrading to 1.5 within the package manager the button for "Install" is suddenly visible and uninstall is gone. Gallery is still working. clicking on search for updates it states i am running the latest version. anything to recommend? remove and re-install? would i loose content if doing so? thx

PS: after upgrading to 2.2.1 revo the issue could be solved bei completely removing and reinstalling the plugin
