Line 59 is ignored and causes the $resourceid to always be set (to the container id), and therefore when a page is not found, doesn't redirect to the error page.

I've fixed problems with FURLs in tags and archives in case when Articles is site_start. (URLs with no Articles container alias). I've issued a bug about this 4 or 5...
