Add case files for 5 column kyria

Adds files for kyria with 6th column of PCB snapped off:

  • High Profile Case

    • 0mm kerf
    • 0.1mm kerf
    • Additional top layer with integrated OLED guard for use as a blocker when an OLED is not being used

  • Plate case

    • 0mm kerf
    • 0.1mm kerf
    • 0.15mm kerf

I added holes for the OLED guard on the bottom of the plate case but now realise they aren't required, will remove.

I'm getting my laser cutter operational soon, I propose I test the files first, then approve the pull request :)
