Feature request: %lastsummary%

What

A "macro" like "%lastmod%" that - name it %lastsummary% - would provide the last / current Edit summary of a retrieved page (or, resp., with the semantic "Edit summary of the last change of a page").

Why

Using the "Edit summary" to reflect the current state of a page is per se a good idea, having that at hands with datatables would be a great ease both in searching and maintaining information in a wiki.
