_title items link to wrong page

The link of a _title item in a data input or output always points to the current page instead of the page of the item. (In one case I tested it was even pointing to the start page.) That was working fine in at least version 2014-08-27.

E.g. on page :foo

---- dataentry ----
test_title: bar
----

The test link does not point to :bar but to :foo.

A workaround is to change it to _page (and to remove the piped title in case you have one).
