list - pages of a name space

Is it possible to have a list field be items in a namespace?

Sure, I have a name space where each page in it is a part number. I'm wanting to create a form with a drop down menu that the user could select one of the part numbers from the specified name space. The list would dynamically update as more pages are added to that specific name space.

Hopefully that makes more sense.
