Style misfits in combination with vector theme

We are using the plugin in combination with the vector theme and the style seems to have a couple of misfits. E.g.: Checkboxes are not align with the title of the checkbox

Vector has complicated style sheets. So probably this is not simple.

Any ideas how to solve this? Is there a way to trigger one site to use another template? :P
