Apostrophe in filedset label

Hi, In french we use apostrophe (simple quotation mark) very often. If I want to use it in a yesno label to show/hide a optional fieldset, it doesn't work. The fieldset is always showed. If I remove the apostrophe, it works. Don't know if it can be fixed. I replaced the apostrophe ' by ‘ which is slightly different and not interpreted. Thanks
