Email template placeholders suddenly not working

Last week I set up a form with an email template and everything was working appropriately. Today when I used the form, none of the placeholders were working. Instead of being filled with the information submitted through the form, they appear with the double @ sign before and after the name of the field where it should be getting the data from.

Below is a screenshot of the email produced by the form now (with some sensitive information blurred out).

I don't know why this would be working last week and not working this week. I haven't changed any of those pages at all since initially creating them.

I just did some checking and I have more information about when this started happening. The last time the email produced by the form was correct was sent on 9/3 at 3:45pm. I see from the dokuwiki page for the plugin that the last version of the plugin was done on 9/3 at 11:05pm. Is it possible that something in that release may have caused the problem?

Same here, not working. (on a pretty fresh install of dokuwiki) First time I'm using this feature so can 't say it worked before :-)

Bonjour, Just the same I set up a new wiki, prepare some forms and mail templates and... yes placeholders do not work @@mail_address@@ and the others.. :-) Philippe

I have the same issue. I realised, though, that the confirmation email works properly if I don’t use an email template (i.e. if the standard email gets send out).
