Replace virtually obsolete 'Social' view with skills view

The social view is currently very outdated and just has a list of skills that aren't linked to labors. Better would be to replace it with a view of such skills, grouped similar to the wiki (http://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/DF2014:Skill) instead.
