Hide/Modify kill lists for vampires

Currently it's too easy to identify vampires in DT since they usually have massive kill lists.

Research if it's possible to instead load the kill list from the assumed identity, and if this matches what is shown in DF.

Turns out only the old kills are hidden; any kills at the current fortress are shown, so this needs a bit of a modification to load a partial kill list.
