Remove DFInstance::{at,de}tach?

lots of places use these functions before and after big loops, presumably to avoid race conditions (i.e. DF modifies the memory during the loop). however, this is clearly unnecessary since DFInstanceWindows does not implement attach and detach, even insofar as stopping and restarting the process.
