Preferences for leaves/fruits aren't named properly.

The previous offset for the name of a plant's leaves is no longer used. A new list of growths should be read and the leaf, and possibly fruit name should be read from there.

This seems to have been caused by a Dwarf Fortress bug which has been resolved.

This is still an issue as instead of showing 'apples' it will show 'apple tree fruit' because the growths of the plant aren't loaded and checked.

The material type can be used to find the correct growth and use the growth name instead.
