Discussion: Allow for non-AI-category chooser

I was wondering if you would be open to allow for using something like a buddy service for determining categories? My thought is that you can have an URL in an environment variable where expense titles are sent and then the endpoint would return a category (and default to General if no other choice is made).

Preferably this would be done from the api, so that the buddy service would not have to be exposed to the internet, and could be kept to use no authentication etc.

Then you could also choose which type of category determinator would be used (openai vs endpoint)

If this would feel like an OK idea I am happy to work on it myself, but wanted to check the waters before actually developing anything.
