[Feature Request] Ability to add Admins and Caster and define them for matches.

Can we have one more Admins Page for adding new Admins with Steam ID and also Caster's ID for matches and also we can define them directly in Create a Match - Admin ID selection and Caster ID selection which can directly allow only those specific Admins / Caster to join the server.

Eg : In Create a Match option

Admins for match : Checkbox : Admin1 Checkbox : Admin2

Casters for Match Checkbox : Caster1 Checkbox : Caster2

Depending on the selection the get5 can send a command to server for spec team ids

Caster Addition can send a function to the server for GOTV Control of Caster with tv_allow_camera_man_steamid "STEAMID" tv_allow_camera_man_steamid1 "STEAMID1"
