Feature Request: Random Health Value to Simulate Pre-Plant Damage

Feature Request: Ability to Assign Random Health Values instead of everyone having 100. Reason being: Most site retakes involve combat before hand which involves taking damage.

This is a good idea, but it's already possible in the API that allocates weapons/equipment/etc. Are you suggesting adding it to the standardallocator/pistolallocator plugins?

I'd really like to see someone merge those 2 into a single simpler plugin that does this as well, but I don't know how many people actually use them versus more configurable weapons-allocating plugins (which was always my hope).
