Expected behavior
Plugin should auto team balance and put when their are 10 players on the server 5v5.
Actual behavior
Puts them into 6(CT) and 4(T)

there's no team balance when 10 players are on server, the server just puts 6 Player in CT and 4 Players in T, Using Version v0.3.4 and everything retake setting at default value!
I see 5 CT and 3 T on your screenshot, which is 8 users. Even with the spectator you have 9 players on the server.
The default value is 9 players max. So you are not on default ;)
You have to play with sm_retakes_ratio_constant, and probably you won't find a perfect for every situation.
For example 0.45 is working fine up to 9 players. This is what I'am using.
What is your current setting? Have you restarted your server during cvar changes?
