Can’t put the plugin to work.

Expected behavior

Actual behavior

I put the plugin in the server when I start the server there is no error on console, I already reinstall the server, to install it all again and still nothing, in the source mod logs there is no errors. Can anyone give me a help? when I do sm plugins list/ sm plugins 11 I don’t see the mod there and the smx file it’s on plugins folder.

I'd suggest trying to run:

sm plugins load practicemode

That might give you useful error messages in console.
