Can't compile with SMlib

I keep getting this error when trying to compile. Using the latest SMlib commit and syntax is still outdated?? Is there another library I can use?

I would suggest compiling with sourcemod 1.9. The plugin is only regularly compiled/tested against 1.9 still: https://github.com/splewis/csgo-multi-1v1/blob/master/.travis.yml#L8

Updates are probably required to smlib for 1.10 compatibility, but I haven't investigated.
