Feature Request: Create informal language pack

This package is written in formal german language. Some people want to their magento translations written informally.

There is no possibility to overwrite language strings. The only way is to create another package and manually rewrite all formal strings to informal strings. This is a lot of work and will take some time.

I don't know yet if it is better to do this in a fork, or have a de_DE_informal.csv in a subfolder that just contains the phrases that we need to change.

If we create a de_DE_informal.csv file how can users then determine which version to use?

We would need a better deployment process that will merge those files, e.g. using Github actions and then we'll provide this as a separate package on packagist.
