Flashing failed - Lilygo Lora32 v1.6

I tried to use ESPHome-Flasher to flash the firmware (which worked in the past) but I get errors. This latest error says "Unexpected error: Error putting ESP in stub flash mode: Failed to write to target RAM"

How do I fix this? I've tried multiple things to get it to work but I just keep getting different errors like this
