Add to the client an option to skip to the end of each turn

Added a hotkey of F1. This will let users skip through to the end of each turn if they've got something to do at the end of each turn.

Popup an actual card when in the game log

Currently the hyperlink pops up the card text only - would be nice to have the actual card popup when it's hovered over or clicked.
