Maintained? Updates for UTF-8 Table Of Contents support, etc.

Are pull requeests maintained and merged ? I have some critcal and new updates that will support UTF-8 support for Table of Contents, etc.

Hi, We have problems with the TOC also. We generate multiple pages of TOC and then they overlap after 1 page. Does your solution fix this? If so, are you willing to share? I did not see a pull-request. Thanks in advance.
