spinnaker.io Swagger UI path needs updated

It looks like since version 1.34.0, the Swagger docs page has moved from /swagger-ui.html to /swagger-ui/index.html. This took quite a bit of time to figure out, as there is not automatic redirect. Please update the docs to reflect this.
