Making it remove new line characters for more readable tweets.

I did not notice this issue, thanks for pointing it out! One drawback I'm considering is that there are occasionally newlines which may be necessary for some contexts, such as this case https://twitter.com/flatlandbot/status/647898723113005056 (I like the newlines here because I decided to keep the chapter headings, and it would look weird to transition directly from the chapter title to the text of the chapter itself). Is there a way to only remove newlines which disrupt sentences?
