Mapping "table name" in exporter

Exporter allows to assign any mapping parameter to table name, which is great unless that parameter needs to be mapped somewhere else first (all parameters can be mapped only once). Table name can still be defined with "fixed table name" option, but this requires manual and potentially data specific input.
