Refactoring relationship and object to entity in source code

There are still a lot of mentions of relationships and objects in the source code even though nowadays they are all just called entities. Not really important since developers are the only ones seeing this (unless you go through the API reference documentation) and they understand the lingo anyway. Some mentions are necessary as they provide legacy support.
