Hierarchy of parameters

Allow for parameter hierarchy in DB structure: some parameters are parents to others. This would allow to shorten the list of available parameters for entity class. (E.g. only if invest-parameter is set to "yes", the rest of invest parameters are shown (these parameters are only needed if investments are allowed)).
