Exporter: custom editors for the filter column

Discussed in #1352

Exporter's mapping filters are defined using regular expression. Currently, when users want to edit the expressions they get a line edit field and a link to Python's regular expression syntax documentation (and some other hints in case of parameter value type filter). Maybe we could provide more user-friendly interface similar to parameter value editors in DB editor?
