WORKSPACES_ONLY_ON_PRIMARY restored when disable
Workspaces only on primary wasn't restored after disabling the extension.
With this approach is one problem. When gnome-shell is locking the screen, it disable all user extensions. So switching this property 'WORKSPACES_ONLY_ON_PRIMARY_ID' at that moment, cause moving all window on additional monitors to first workspace. It's not expected behaviour.
