Mac OS X (10.10 Yosemite) compatibility

After these changes, I am able to build the converter under Mac OS X 10.10.3.

The addition to np_opencv_converter.cpp was needed, as I was otherwise getting an ImportError when attempting to load the module into Python. This function might have to be filled in, though.

The library still works under Linux (Ubuntu-MATE).
