fatal error: numpy/ndarrayobject.h: No such file or directory

Hi I am trying to build this package in Ubuntu 16.04 and I have 3 versions of python i.e python2.7, python3.5 and python3.6. It is building successfully but after going for make it is showing fatal error. I am posting below kindly help.
