add interactive shell

I should implement a new shell action which allows me to attach to a running minecraft server instance with real-time log output and possibly a command history?

Could be awesome?

This has been a pretty low priority, but I'd really like to add this after I finish up the featureset that I've been working on before.

I'll probably have to create another program to handle the wrapping, though and provide a curses-type interface to it.

If you'd like to take a stab at it, go ahead. :)
