provide a way to resync inventory

There's currently no way to re-sync the state of weapons and consumables to pick up changes made in-game or via Bungie's official UIs (i.e. bungie.net or the apps). It'd be nice to have a refresh button somewhere in the UI that re-fetches everything instead of having to log out and log in.
