Integration test for GetAuthorizedEntries behavior

We could really use an integration test that exercises specific behavior related to the entry authorization. This should include behavior around:

1. join token novelty entries
2. changes in authorized entries (newly attested nodes, creation of alias entries)
3. and more!

We need to scope this more to suss out all of the test cases that should be covered.
