Links to spire extras are broken on spiffe.io

The https://spiffe.io/downloads/ has links to the arm64 binaries https://github.com/spiffe/spire/releases/download/v1.9.1/spire-1.9.1-linux-arm64-musl.tar.gz for the Extras button. The same applies for the checksum button.

So the extras cannot be downloaded from this page at the moment.

Hi rrey - I'm sorry, the download page as been broken for a while. I'm working on a fix but have a little more work to do.

As a workaround, please use the GitHub Releases page for SPIRE downloads.
