Update the "Quickstart for Linux and MacOS X" page

I think the instructions on that page (content/docs/latest/try/getting-started-linux-macos-x.md), might need to get updated. One example is that the bin folder no longer exists. Also I have "permission denied" errors because it is trying to create things at /opt/.

Using release v0.11.1, everything works fine, out-of-the-box.
